Football season may be over but that doesn’t mean that the fun appetizers have to stop! I found this recipe by Rachel Ray and I decided to give it a try. I of course ran with it and made some changes to it. I thought her recipe was good but I pretty much never leave a recipe exactly the way it is.
1 small tub of sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 small tub of crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon hot sauce
4 tablespoons chopped scallions
In blender, puree first four ingredients with hot sauce and 3 tbsp. scallions; season.
